Kevin Emmet Foley has been a public relations executive for most of his career. He owns a successful broadcast publicity firm in Atlanta and has been married for 33 years to Susie Foley. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Connecticut. The couple live in the Atlanta area has two grown children, Patrick and Katie. Kevin spends a good deal of time in Bozeman, Montana, where he enjoys fly fishing, golf, hiking and horseback riding. Where Law Ends is Kevin’s debut novel, which he began writing in 2004. He is currently at work on a new historical novel, Fort Enterprize, the remarkable true story about America’s first war on terror.
